Stainless Steel Cookware Set I bought this set from Kohl's on Black Friday for about $35 and it rusted only in a couple of weeks. It says stainless steels but the lids and the parts of the saucepans where the lid touches is all rusted. The plastic handles of the lids are really cheap too, I dropped one of the lids on the countertop and the holder shattered into pieces. And also food sticks on them a lot. I am very happy with them. I think they are worth the money. I have seen a good deal of cheap stainless steel cookware that has no weight to them, but these do. While they are not "top of the line", I think they are a good high end medium quality set. Mine has stood the test of time, since I bought them used and with a little cleaning they look new. As with any stainless steel cookware, they are not non-stick, but that is true with ALL stainless steel cookware. I wanted stainless steel, due to the reports of non-stick pans being a health risk. These will last me, probably forever, since I handwash all my pots (only way to truly get pans clean and dishwasher detergent is not good for the handle parts).
