So disappointed! The instructions say "don't turn the burner higher than medium" -- on my electric stove, it takes forever to reach a weak boil at this setting. Worse, the whistle DOES NOT WORK. Even when it is boiling as much as it can, and there is a fair amount of steam coming out, the "loud whistle" is extremely faint -- it cannot be heard at all from more than one foot away from the stove - seriously!(The "heat resistant handle" also is misleading -- the instructions actually say ALWAYS USE A POTHOLDER.) This kettle is supposed to be Stainless Steel. So why do the instructions say that it must be carefully wiped dry inside after each use, in order to avoid rust?
